Record without code
Click through your checkout in our Chrome extension (Pro and Business) and Tracefox captures the flow up to the payment page: product page, cart, coupon, shipping. Or generate a test from a Shopify, WooCommerce or BigCommerce store URL, or add steps by hand. No Playwright code, no QA team needed.
Schedule per test
Pick a cadence per test: manual, weekly, daily (Pro and Business) or hourly (Business). High-traffic stores run key flows hourly; smaller stores run daily or weekly. Runs on our own BullMQ + Redis job infrastructure.
Replay in Chromium
Headless Chromium, the engine behind Chrome and Edge, runs the full flow on the viewport you pick for each test: desktop, mobile or tablet. Mobile and tablet are emulated screens, so check Safari on a real device.
Screenshots + video evidence
A screenshot after each step, and on Pro and Business a video of each run (except runs that use a password or other sensitive value). When a test fails, you see the broken step, the error, and what the page showed at that point. No 'works on my machine.'
Alerts as soon as a run fails
Email on every plan, Slack on Pro and Business, webhooks on Business. A failed scheduled run is re-run once to confirm before you're alerted, then you get at most one alert per test per hour, and a recovery email when it passes again.
Coupon, shipping, tax checks
Verify discount codes apply, shipping rates compute, taxes calculate. Every run. Catch silent breakages that don't trigger Stripe alerts.
Site monitoring, for everything that doesn't break checkout
Tracking pixels, third-party scripts, cookies, and consent banners drift silently too, and they cost you attribution, not orders. We watch those on every plan, as a bonus.

2. Set the schedule
Weekly, daily or hourly per test, depending on plan. Tracefox replays the steps in Chromium, using the viewport you choose for that test.
3. Get alerted on failure
When a scheduled run fails and a re-run confirms it, you get an email (plus Slack on Pro and Business) with the broken step, the error, and the screenshot.
